At Gachaonline, we aim to deliver a fun and authentic Japanese gachapon experience. However, due to the nature of our products and the international logistics involved, we cannot offer refunds or returns except in a few very limited cases.

✅ Refunds ARE available if:
• We could not find the specific gacha machine you requested.
• We made a clear mistake in fulfilling your order (e.g. wrong number of items, wrong option).
• Your order was never shipped due to our internal error.
In the above cases, please contact us within 7 days of your order or delivery notice.

❌ Refunds are NOT available if:
• You don’t like the toy you received.
(That’s the fun of gacha — it’s a surprise!)
• You thought you could choose a specific character or item.
(Even with specific machine requests, the inside contents are random.)
• The item differs slightly from what you imagined.
• You made a mistake in ordering (e.g. wrong theme or quantity).
• Your capsule is damaged, but the toy inside is intact.
• Shipping delays occurred due to customs or postal issues.
• The shipping cost was higher than you expected.
• The recipient’s country charged customs, taxes, or refused delivery.

🚚 Shipping-Related Refunds
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unpaid customs, or refusal, we cannot offer a refund.
You may request a reshipment at your own expense.
• For single-item orders, shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been sent.
